Terms

These terms apply when you buy something from, or book a session with, OGE Sovereign Studios. All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD).

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once payment has been captured by PayPal.
• Prices are re-checked against our catalogue at the moment of purchase. If a price or stock level has changed, we will contact you before charging.
• Physical items ship once payment clears. Delivery times vary by destination.

Digital books

• Ebooks are delivered as a private download link, issued to you the moment payment clears.
• Each link is unique to your order, expires after a set period, and allows a limited number of downloads. Please save your file when you first open it.
• If your link expires before you have downloaded it, contact us and we will reissue it at no charge.
• Your copy is licensed for personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish it.

Returns

• Unworn physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our shipping and returns page.
• Digital books cannot be returned once the download link has been used, as the file cannot be given back. If a file is faulty we will replace it.

Coaching terms

• Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, diagnosis or therapy. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency service.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.
• What you share in a session and in the intake form is treated as confidential, except where we are required by law to disclose it.
• Coaching outcomes depend on your own engagement and cannot be guaranteed.

Webinars

• A joining link is sent to registered attendees before the session begins.
• A replay is provided to everyone who registered, whether or not they attended live.
• If a webinar is cancelled by the studio, paid registrations are refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, written work and photography on this site belong to OGE Sovereign Studios. Buying a product grants you the item, not the rights to the artwork.
