Digital orders

Ebooks are delivered instantly. The moment your payment clears, a private download link is emailed to you and shown on your order page. Nothing ships and no address is needed.

Shipping

• Physical orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.
• A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days within Nigeria, and 7–21 working days internationally.
• Any import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

• Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Write to us first so we can issue a return reference.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt.
• Digital books cannot be returned once the download link has been used. Faulty files are replaced at no charge.
