Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you shop, book a session, register for a webinar or contact OGE Sovereign Studios, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, together with what you bought and the amount paid.
• Coaching bookings: the answers you give in the intake form, including your country, time zone and what you have chosen to share about your circumstances.
• Webinars: your name, email address and time zone.
• Messages and subscriptions: anything you send through the contact form, and your email address if you join the letters list.

What we never see

Card details are handled entirely by PayPal. They are never sent to, stored on, or accessible from our servers.

How we use it

• To fulfil your order, issue your downloads and provide the session you booked.
• To send transactional email: receipts, download links and booking confirmations.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To send occasional studio letters, only if you subscribed. Every one has an opt-out.

Coaching intake confidentiality

What you write in the intake form is read only by the studio, for the purpose of preparing for your session. It is not shared, sold, or used for marketing. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, and the intake form is not a clinical record.

Where it lives

Data is stored in our Supabase database in the EU (London region), protected by row-level security so that customer records are reachable only by the studio. Digital books sit in a private storage bucket and are served only through single-use, expiring links tied to a paid order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting obligations require. Coaching intake responses are kept while you are working with us and removed on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ogesovereignstudios.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember the contents of your bag. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
